The owners of a long standing Middletown, Ohio based machine tool business decided it was time to retire. Their son, a long time employee, and his wife retained Hurley Law to represent them in purchasing the business from their parents. Our firm formed a new closely held S-Corp. and drafted all the necessary agreements to purchase all the assets from the existing corporation. We also helped our clients secure a blend of SBA financing and seller financing.
